With the above ruling having been rendered,
all the parties attempted to settle into
the proper position to continue the
automobile business in 1910.





















































Then in November, 1910, a new hearing was announced,
and in January, 1913, the ruling was overturned.
The patent itself was not invalidated, but the
new ruling stated that the cars being made
were sufficiently different so as not to
infringe upon the patent.
